Role and Responsibilities
The Title IX Coordinator is responsible for:
- Coordinating the school's compliance with Title IX and related state and federal laws.
- Receiving and responding to reports and complaints of sex discrimination, sexual harassment, or related retaliation from students, staff, or community members.
- Providing prompt and equitable resolutions to reported incidents.
- Connecting affected individuals with supportive measures, resources, and accommodations.
- Ensuring the school community is informed about rights and procedures under Title IX.
Reporting an Incident
Any person may report sex discrimination or sexual harassment (whether or not the person reporting is the person alleged to be the victim of conduct that could constitute sex discrimination or harassment), in person, by mail, by telephone, or by email, using the contact details listed above. Reports can be made at any time using contact methods that monitor ongoing inquiries.
