Gather these documents before you start
Having these ready will make registration go smoothly:
Proof of Ohio residency
This document serves as proof of your residency in the state, confirming your current address and legal standing.
Birth certificate
To verify your student's age and identity, please provide a government-issued ID along with their birth certificate.
Immunization records
Your student's current shot records are essential for ensuring their health and safety. Please keep them updated.
Custody or guardianship paperwork

The faster we can verify your information, the faster we can confirm your start date and build your schedule. A complete file means less back-and-forth and a smoother first week.
One reminder worth repeating: gathering your current school's records is useful, but don't officially withdraw until our office tells you it's time.
What happens after you enroll
Once you're officially enrolled, your counselor reviews your transcript and builds your schedule around the credits you still need. You'll have a window after your start date to ask questions or request schedule changes before your courses are locked in.
From there, you log in, start working, and your team - coaches, mentors, teachers, and tutors - is ready when you need them.
