A virtual school is still run by people - and at GOVS, there are a lot of them. Meet the team behind the school: the leaders, teachers, coaches, and counselors working every day to help students graduate.
Joanna Manchak has been a school counselor at GOVS for 5 years. Before that, she has been a counselor at Fairfield Intermediate and Hillcrest Academy. She has her Master’s degree from Xavier University.
Before counseling, Joanna was a graphic designer with a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Cincinnati’s Design, Architecture, Art and Planning (DAAP) Program. She lives in the West Chester/Liberty Twp area with husband, two children and two dogs. She enjoys coaching and playing sports.
