Message from our Student Services Director:
Sharin Green serves as the Student Services Director for GOVS. She began her career in education as a school psychologist, a role she held for eleven years before transitioning to special education administration in 2016. She earned her M.A., M.S., Ed.S, and superintendent licensure from Miami University and principal licensure from Mt. St. Joseph University.
Outside of her professional responsibilities, Sharin enjoys reading, physical fitness, music, and volunteering for local animal rescues. She resides in Butler County with her husband Jim, a fellow educator, and her two children, Victoria and A.J.
What falls under Student Services?
The Student Services Department oversees special education programming, mental health services, Section 504, resource coordination, and English Learners (EL). Please follow each link for information on programs we offer to students and families.
