When test window fails to appear the most common problem is a Pop-Up-Blocker is active.
Pop up blocker: If, when accessing the link, you get an error, this could be a pop up blocker issue. On a chrome browser, click on the red “x” to the right in the web address bar. Then click “always allow” then Refresh. If using another browser there should be a process similar to this.
Screen Resolution can also lead to an error message.
On a chrome book, change the screen resolution by holding the CTRL and SHIFT keys down, then tap the “+” or “-“ key to increase or decrease the screen resolution.
On a Windows machine, right click on the desktop, and select “Screen resolution” (Windows 7) or “Display settings” (Windows 10).
