-The final day of school for the 17-18 school year is this Thursday, May 24th. Students will have until 11:59pm to complete the coursework on their screen. Any lessons left incomplete after this time will be assigned a zero and averaged into the final grade for the class.
-A "Welcome Back" packet, which will be posted to the website shortly and available at the GOVS office, must be completed by July 20th for current students to re-enroll for next school year.
-A withdrawal form must be completed for students who do not plan to return to GOVS.
-Returning students may keep any borrowed equipment over the summer.
-Hard copy report cards will be issued approximately two weeks after the end of school, as long as a student does not owe fees to a previous district.
-Testing results will be mailed home as soon as the school receives them from the Ohio Dept. of Education.
-Although GOVS does not offer summer school, courses are available through the Warren County Educational Service Center. Contact a school counselor for more information.
-The first day of school for the 18-19 school year will be August 16th.
Below you will find several links, the first is a survey for all of our students asking about intentions for next school year and the following are course request forms. Ideally, all students will complete the survey and any student planning to return to GOVS next year will complete the course request form associated with their 18-19 grade level.
